Safety-switch-with-guard-locking-and-without-guard-lock-monitoring-NZVZVS Description Safety switch NZ.VZ.VS has magnetic guard locking. When locked, the safety guard cannot be opened. Series NZ.VZ.VS safety switches are switches with separate actuator. They have anodic oxidized die-cast alloy housings designed according to EN50041. Features Solenoid operating voltage optional 24 VDC / 110 VAC / 230 VAC With 2 switching contacts or with 4 switching contacts LED function display for different voltage ranges Mechanically locked, release by applying voltage Electrically locked, locking by applying voltage More information You will find further information in our product catalog. Safety-switch-TZ Description The safety switch TZ has magnetic guard locking with additional interlocking monitoring system. Consequently, the position of the door and the solenoid can be monitored by the higher-level control system. Series TZ safety switches are switches with separate actuator. They differ in the locking method, solenoid operating voltage, actuating head, switching contacts used, as well as the connection. Features Mechanical release from the front Optionally with escape release LEDs for the function display Connection by cable entry or plug connector Max. 8 switching contacts permit flexible wiring More information You will find further information in our product catalog. Safety-switch-STA Description The robust metal safety switch STA is physically compatible with the proven EUCHNER safety switches TP and STP in the plastic housing. Due to its die-cast aluminum housing and the high degree of protection, IP 67, the switch can withstand even extreme ambient conditions. Like the switches TP and STP, the safety switch STA also has guard locking and guard lock monitoring. A large selection of switching elements is available. The switching contacts switch a minimum current of 1 mA. The safety switch STA is therefore also suitable for use in safe control systems. Features Robust design 3 cable entries High degree of protection IP 67 LED optional More information Special versions Safety switch STA-Twin For protecting double-leaf sliding or hinged doors using only one safety switch Only one safety switch for both door leaves Saving on mounting and wiring Optionally with mechanical key release EUCHNER -
Safety-switch-TX Description Because of its slim design, the safety switch TX is excellent for mounting on the profiles of guard fences. Features Mechanical release from the front 2 LEDs for function display Large insertion funnel Pulling the actuator does not prevent the switch from being released 3 cable entries Simple head changing More information You will find further information in our product catalog. Safety-switches-with-guard-locking-and-guard-lock-monitoring-TQ Description The TQ series is designed with compact dimensions of 75 x 75 x 15 mm, so that installation is possible even in cases where space is much too tight for other guard locking devices. Despite its small size, this safety switch has five switching contacts and a status LED. The mechanical release accessible from three sides and the well thought-out fastening concept create plenty of space during attachment. The device has non-safe contacts for monitoring the guard locking. Usage only as guard locking for process protection. Features Guard locking for process protection Monitoring contact for the position of the guard locking Mechanical release from 3 sides More information You will find further information in our product catalog. Safety-switch-with-guard-locking-and-guard-lock-monitoring-TP Description The safety switches TP ensure that guard devices remain in the closed position until a hazardous movement, e.g. an over-traveling main spindle, has come to a standstill. Similarly, opening of the safety guard during a process is prevented. Thanks to their slim design, they are ideal for universal mounting on profile rails. Safety switches TP have reinforced plastic housings. They thus provide ideal installation opportunities for the automation, assembly and handling technology sectors. Features Electrical or mechanical guard locking Escape release from the rear Different switching contacts 3 cable entries, optionally with plug connectors More information You will find further information in our product catalog. Safety-switch-TK-with-guard-locking-and-guard-lock-monitoring-without-failsafe-l Description Wherever typical safety switches with separate actuator reach their limits, the TK is in its element. With a locking force of more than 5,000 N, it is set up for very high loads. The TK has guard lock monitoring and is equipped with safety switching contacts. The principle of operation is simple: If a safety system is to be locked, the guard locking pin prevents it from opening. The guard locking pin is only retracted after the guard locking solenoid is supplied with power. The safety system can then be opened. The pin position can be monitored via the safety switching elements. Features Mounting on plastic housing TP with actuating head and guard locking pin made of metal High locking forces of well above 5000ÊN Mechanical release on the switch head Actuating element for auxiliary shutdown on front More information You will find further information in our product catalog. Safety-switch-STP Description Based on the plastic-encapsulated safety switch TP with guard locking, the safety switch STP features both an actuating head and an internal cam made of metal. As a result, the switch can be used for applications that require high locking forces (up to 2500 N). The safety switch STP has a switching element with four switching contacts. EUCHNER supplies the STP safety switch with various contact combinations (positively driven NC contacts / NO contacts). Dual-channel wiring to achieve the maximum possible safety level is possible with all possible variants. Given the particular property of the switching contacts of switching a minimum current of 1 mA, the safety switch STP is also suitable for use on safe control systems. Features Metal actuating head suitable for highest requirements Two LED displays (optional) for the visual display of the door position and the position of the solenoid Straight actuator suitable for door radii up to 300 mm Flexible connection options using three cable entries High degree of protection IP 67 More information Special versions Safety switch STP-Twin For protecting double-leaf sliding or hinged doors using only one safety switch Only one safety switch for both door leaves Saving on mounting and wiring Optionally with mechanical key release Safety switch STP-BI If there is a risk that someone may be accidentally locked in an accessible danger area, the EU Machinery Directive stipulates: "Machinery must be designed, constructed or fitted with a means of preventing a person from being enclosed within it or, if that is impossible, with a means of summoning help." The safety switch STP with bi-state function is used for the prevention of accidental locking-in inside the danger area. The guard locking always remains in its current position when electrically isolated (for example shut down of the system, power failureÉ) and meets the requirements on a guard locking device as per DIN EN ISO 1088: The safety door remains either cont EUCHNER -
Safety-switch-STM-with-guard-locking-and-guard-lock-monitoring Description Due to its small design, the safety switch STM with plastic housing is particularly suitable for applications in which robustness is required in combination with small dimensions. Along with the variant with the plastic actuating head, the STM is also available with a metal actuating head and cam. This is particularly suitable for applications that require high locking forces (up to 2000N). Features Plastic housing with actuating head optionally made of metal or plastic Safety switch with separate actuator, guard locking and guard lock monitoring Separate switching contact for guard lock monitoring (1 switching contact) and door monitoring (2 switching contacts) Suitable for door radii down to minimum 300 mm High degree of protection IP 67 More information You will find further information in our product catalog.
